Will AI replace parts of the traditional agent role?
Copy, scheduling and first-pass research are already in software. Judgement in a live negotiation is not the same job.
AI is already in the campaign, whether brands admit it or not: listing copy, photo crops, enquiry replies, comparable sales summaries. That is not science fiction. It is a draft, often a sloppy one, sitting behind a human who still clicks publish.
The parts that look most replaceable are repetitive. The parts that still attract a fee are messy: a vendor who will not listen, a buyer who is bluffing, a building with a story that does not fit a template.
Agentless Australia will treat AI as infrastructure, not as a mascot. If a tool changes who can run a campaign, that is news. If it only changes the letterhead on the same process, that is a press release.
