Self-guided inspections move from experiment to operating detail
Access, insurance, identity and neighbours — not the headline about “no agent on Saturday”.
Self-guided inspections are the most visible difference buyers notice. They are also where campaigns fail in boring ways: a lockbox that does not open, a tenant who was not told, a buyer who stays too long.
States have not written a single national rulebook for this. Platforms invent process anyway. Traditional offices experiment quietly and call it something else.
We will cover the operating detail, not just the vibe. If you cannot explain how a stranger gets into a house and out again without a mess, you do not yet have a product.
